Details as of the visit on 2026.08.10. Hours, prices, and other details may have changed.
I went to Namcheonri Patbingsu at about 6 in the evening. The same day I also went to Cheongsong Yanggopchang and Noneun Bada.
You reach it through an alley, and the entrance and the building have an unusual look. It is a spot with wisteria in the middle of the city.
The patbingsu is 4,000 won. They start making it after you order, and it still comes out quickly.

It is old-style shaved ice, not milk shaved ice. Green tea powder sits on top of the red beans. The red beans were good. It is cheap, and I was satisfied for what I paid. It suits a light finish after a meal or a break from the heat.
Extra red beans cost 1,000 won more. I have never added them.
The drawback is the mosquitoes. There are many, and you can get bitten.
