At about 4:20 on a Saturday afternoon, after sashimi at Dongbaek Hoetjip in Ilgwang, a friend and I stopped at Cafe 824 for dessert. I had also been here in April. The open sea in front of the cafe is its biggest strength.
We ordered the signature mango bingsu, a snow-style shaved ice shaped like a skein of thread.
If you like mango bingsu, I suggest going. The mango on this one was very sweet.
